About Ashley Savage
Dr. Ashley Savage, OD is a primary care optometrist in Alabama at EyeCare Associates. Dr. Savage earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Stillman College, where she was also an NCAA Division 2 dual-sport athlete. She received her Doctor of Optometry degree in 2020 from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) School of Optometry.
Dr. Savage completed an optometric residency specializing in ocular disease and primary care in 2021 at the Memphis Veterans Affairs Medical Center; where she diagnosed and managed complex diseases including glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy and various other anterior and posterior ocular conditions. Dr. Savage can provide eyeglasses and fit contact lenses; and would be delighted to help you and your family with any of your eye care needs.
