How Does the Eyewear Protection Plan Work?

When you utilize our Eyewear Protection Plan, you are only responsible for 10% of the cost. EyeCare Associates will cover 90% of the repair and/or replacement costs on your eyewear for a full year! We recommend you bring your glasses in at 6 months for a cleaning and inspection.

The Eyewear Protection Plan benefits include:

•     All maintenance and repairs that might be necessary during the year, including nose pad and screw replacements

•     Replacement of broken or damaged frames

•     Replacement of scratched or chipped lenses

•     Accidental breakage or damage to frames or lenses

How to Care for Your New Glasses

In order to ensure your continued enjoyment of clear vision please follow a few simple practices:

1. Use two hands when putting your new EyeCare Associates glasses on and taking them off.

2. Never put your eyeglass lenses directly on a surface.

3. Do not use paper or tissue products to clean your lenses.

4. Always clean your lenses wet, never wipe them when dry.

5. Store your EyeCare Associates eyeglasses in a case when not wearing them.

6. Have them professionally cleaned and adjusted often!

Replacement lenses must be the original prescription/lens options. Does not cover lost or stolen eyewear. In the event an identical frame is no longer available, you will be refitted into a new frame of equal or lesser value.
